This is the 2016 International Forum of Ventricular Arrhythmia organized by the Taiwan Heart Rhythm Society for the second time. It is hoped that this will be held annually in different countries and will become a regular international seminar for Taiwan.

The meeting was held in Taiwan to enhance the development of the heart rhythm medicine field in Taiwan and achieve the following expectations:

(1) Organizations and professionals involved in the field of heart rhythm medicine throughout the world participate in and exchange experiences.

(2) Experts in the field of heart rhythm medicine are invited to provide up-to-date rhythm medical concepts and scientific research methods.

(3) To promote the cooperation of some international heart rhythm medical organizations and units.

(4) Displaying the research results of heart rhythm medicine in China, and conducting experience exchanges with researchers in the field of heart rhythm medicine around the world.

(5) To allow young medical staff engaged in research and treatment of heart rhythm in Taiwan to have the opportunity to participate in and observe international conferences, obtain the latest concepts and research methods of heart rhythm medicine, and communicate face to face with first-rate international heart rhythm medicine practitioners.

(6) The foreign guests attending the conference have a deeper understanding of the development of Taiwanese heart rhythm medicine.

(7) To open up the vision of Taiwan experts and scholars and achieve the purpose of communication.

(8) To promote the integration and development of heart rhythm medicine in Taiwan.
