If you register on-line, your registration will be acknowledged by return e-mail with confirmation of your requirements. If you do not receive an acknowledgment within 24 hours after registering, please contact the Conference Secretariat at tephinet.biregion4@elitepco.com.tw for confirmation before you try to register again.  Some organizations and company email systems will automatically block emails from unknown senders.

Domestic Officers of CDC, Dept. of Health and Public Health Bureau of Local Government may attend free of charge. This also applies to the conference materials (excluding workshops), luncheons and coffee breaks. However, seating is limited. We strongly recommend officers with interest to register before October 19, 2007.
