Oral Presentation Award
Conference delegates will have a chance to evaluate the oral
sessions and vote for the best presentations. The top 6
presentations which rank highest of the percentage of votes
obtainedˇ]votes
/ total votes of this sessionˇ^will
be given
the Outstanding Oral Presentation Award during the
Awards and Closing Ceremony to be held on November 30.

Voting Instruction:
1.Every delegate will be given a ˇ§Voting Remote
Exchange Cardˇ¨ which will be placed inside of your
name badge.
2.Please take this card to the Service Desk
outside the conference meeting room (Auditorium, 10th
Floor) to exchange
for the Voting Remote.
3.At the end of each oral session, the presentation
reference numbers and the presentation titles will
appear on the screen
for voting. There will also be a corresponding number next to
each presentation title for voting.
4.The master of the conference will then call for the
vote. You may then vote for the presentation that you
think is the best
of this session by pressing the corresponding number on the
voting remote.
5.The results of the vote will appear on the screen
shortly.
6.The vote results will then be ranked after the
completion of all 12 oral sessions and the top 6
presentations will be
awarded.
«The
exchange of the Vote Remote is limited to 250pcs,
exchange will be done under ˇ§First Come, First Serveˇ¨
basis, delegates with vote interest are strongly
recommended to make the exchange earlier.
«Please
return the remote before you leave the conference
venue each day and claim back your exchange card.
The remote needs to be recharged daily, therefore,
please do return it before the end of the day even if
you are attending the sessions the next day. |

Poster Presentation Award
Conference participants will have an opportunity to evaluate all
posters exhibited during the conference period. The top 6
presentations that receive the most votes will be given the
Outstanding Poster Presentation Award during the Awards
and Closing Ceremony to be held on November 30.

Voting Instruction:
1.Every delegate will be given 3 tickets of
ˇ§Outstanding Poster Voteˇ¨ which will be placed
inside of your
name badge.
«Please
note that the tickets will not be reissued when lost or
damaged.
2.Blue
tickets will be given to conference delegates, while,
Green tickets will be given to invited speakers,
moderators, and FETP directors.
3.A ˇ§Vote Boxˇ¨ will be placed on each poster
board.
4.Delegates may place your vote inside the box for 3
posters of your choice.
5.Please remember that each participant may vote only
ONCE per poster.
«Each
delegateˇ¦s 3 tickets will be marked with the same serial
number. If the same poster receives more than one
ticket of the same serial number, it will be regarded as
ONE vote.
6.
The vote will be
closed at
14:30, November 30
for counting.
7.
The
top 6 poster presentations that receive the highest
votes will be given the award. |

there are posters that receive the same amount of votes, the poster
with the more green tickets ranks
higher. |
