Due to the epidemic, all ATD meetings around the world this year will be conducted in a virtual way. The only situation in Taiwan is stable, and the ATD Taiwan Exchange Conference is specially entrusted to organize the 2020 ATD Asia-Pacific Annual Meeting. I would like to hold the 9th ATD Asia-Pacific Annual Meeting and Exhibition at the Taipei International Convention Center from December 2 to 3, 2020.
With the advent of the globalization 4.0 data economy era, digital transformation has become the kingly way, coupled with the shock of the pandemic COVID-19 this year, enterprises must act quickly to meet the challenges of virtualization. Therefore, this year’s annual meeting will use the theme of “Digital You" to discuss how to improve skills and have the knowledge needed for remote work, and explore and refine the organization and personal digitization to respond to digital transformation and talent development strategies after the epidemic .
