To obtain the special rate secured for symposium participants at the official symposium hotel, participants must make their reservation through the Conference Secretariat before 29 February 2008 .

Please note that because there is a limited number of rooms, rooms are provided on a “first come first serve” basis; therefore, early reservation is strongly recommended. The reservation will be confirmed by the hotel directly.

Cancellation
Cancellation of hotel reservation may be made by 29 February 2008 with no penalty. Cancellation after 29 February 2008 should pay 1 night charge for no show penalty. Each Association should take the responsibility for no show charge penalty.
