The 3rd International Conference on Site Characterization

Participation is open to all persons interested; those who wish to attend the Conference should complete the registration form and send it back to the Conference Secretariat via ONLINE REGISTRATION. Each registrant must fill in a separate form, with Accompanying Persons details included if appropriate.

Register via ONLINE REGISTRATION, your registration will be acknowledged by return mail with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form. If you do not receive emailed confirmation letter within two hours after online registration, please do not hesitate to contact the secretariat before you try to register again. (A main reason that participants do not receive confirmation can be due to the blockage by the mail server)

Thanks to the great efforts put in by the organizing committee, we are able to raise enough funding to subsidize the short courses. As a result the registration fees have been dropped by approximately Euro$100.

Cancellation and Refunds

1. 60% of the registration fee will be refunded if written notification of cancellation is received on or before 29 February. No refund will be made for cancellations notified after then.
　

3. If, for reasons beyond the control of the organizer, the Conference is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after expenses already incurred are deducted.
