DFor APIC member countries should register via LOCAL ASSOCIATIONS

Individual participants (who are not from member countries) are open to all
persons interested; those who wish to attend the Conference should
register and make hotel reservation directly to APIC 2007

Register via ONLINE REGISTRATION, your registration will be
acknowledged by return mail with confirmation of your requirements
according to your registration form. Your letter of acknowledgment
will include any further advice you will need before arriving at the
Conference.

Payment must accompany all registration forms. No reservation will
be confirmed until payment is received. Please kindly ask the
Secretariat for advice if you have any difficulty caused by your
country's foreign exchange regulations.
ˇ˝ Official Receipt
An official receipt will be issued upon payment of
registration fee.
ˇ˝ Letter of Invitation
On request, the Organizing Committee will provide a letter of
invitation to participate in the Conference. Such an
invitation is extended solely to assist participants to obtain
visas.

The Full Registration fee entitles delegates to:
- Attendance at all sessions
- All documentation
- Attendance at Farewell Party
- Morning and afternoon teas

- Registration of a substitute participant at the conference
may be made in advance with no penalty. Cancellation
should be made by e-mail (no telephone or any other means) on or before
30 April 2007
with an 80% refund
of fee
paid (with the remittance charge being paid by the canceling
participant.) No refund of fee can be made after
30
April 2007. |
